I’ve worked with all kinds of people—from elite professional athletes to stay-at-home moms. And honestly? I’m grateful for the health challenges I went through. They lit a fire in me to help others find answers, get well, and finally feel like themselves again.
But this isn’t just passion—it’s backed by serious training.
To do this work at the level I do it, I needed more than just experience.
I went through advanced clinical training in Integrative Medicine and earned a Master of Science in Health Sciences from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, a program accredited by the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM).
In case you’re wondering—it was intense, in the best way.
The program was packed with hard science and real-world clinical application. We dug deep into everything from translational and clinical research to all the “omics” (like proteomics and metabolomics), biostatistics, environmental exposures, nutritional metabolism, and evidence-based ways to actually address chronic illness—not just manage it.
Pair all that with over 20 years of hands-on experience working with people who’d been told they were “too complicated” or “beyond help,” and you’ve got someone who knows how to dig deep, spot what others miss, and guide true, root-cause healing.
